Jumpstart your recovery! Join the challenge to receive daily recovery challenges and personal support through email for thirty days.

 

This challenge is now filled up! If you missed us this time, join us next time for 30 days of challenging your recovery.

Daily Emails will include encouraging quotes, notes, and a recovery exercise. Sometimes this exercise will be a question to explore, other times it will be an action such as taking a walk.

Accountability will be offered, because you’ll share your results by emailing back. You can do this through a quick “Did it!” or through a longer, more in-depth reply, whatever you’re more comfortable with.

Rebekah Burcham has not fully recovered from her battles with bulimia nervosa and compulsive overeating, but she has begun to embrace health in every area of her life. She has cut through negative thoughts, pushed through impossible days, quit cutting, entered therapy, and has begun to see the healing results of her efforts. Now she wants to share her discoveries with others who are just beginning their recovery journeys, as well as joining hand-in-hand with those who are struggling mid-recovery right along with her.
